Apollo Homes builds infill in Winnipeg: single-family homes with a secondary suite, triplexes, sixplexes, and other multiplexes, plus commercial space, in established neighbourhoods. We take fewer projects and finish them properly. Design comes first, then local trades we already know, then materials that still make sense in twenty years.
HOW WE BUILD
Every Apollo project follows the same process. No shortcuts, no rushing, no lowest-bid trades.
We're selective about lots. Established Winnipeg neighbourhoods, strong fundamentals, a twenty-year horizon. Transit, walkability, and the character of the street all matter before we buy.
This is where we spend the most time. Working with architects and engineers, we refine unit layouts until they work. Materials are chosen for performance and look. Mechanical systems are planned for efficiency. We don't break ground until the details are resolved.
Experienced local trades, quality materials, realistic schedules. Project managers stay on the build. Weekly site inspections catch issues early. We document progress and hold every phase to the same standard.
Final inspections are thorough. Every system tested, every detail checked. You get documentation, warranty information, and maintenance guidelines. We don't disappear after closing.
